CAPA is excited to support the FAA and the Asphalt Institute to bring the three-day Airport Pavement Technical Workshop to Colorado.  The workshop will be held at the Kiewit Infrastructure Lone Tree office.  This workshop provides a deep dive into the design, construction and maintenance of asphalt pavements for airport applications. We cover FAARFIELD and the pavement thickness design process for flexible pavements with Dr. Nav Garg. Our Asphalt Institute Engineers, together with Mr. Jeff Crislip, provide expert guidance on the material, production, laydown, compaction, quality control, acceptance (including PWL), and assessment of roughness and smoothness. We have a cadre of industry experts who cover important topics ranging from pavement management, crack seal, patching, surface treatments (including slurry seal, microsurfacing, and P-608/608R), rehabilitation of concrete pavements with asphalt.
